The listing says that this is a manufactured home, but in reality, that is only 1,456 square feet of the home. The rest is stick built (2x6 framing).
The basement is partially finished (walls are framed, electrical installed), with a little more work 2 more rooms could be easily added downstairs.
The Mother-in-law apartment has a partial kitchen (no oven or cook top), but natural gas hook ups have been stubbed to the apartment so a stove could easily be installed.
The home does have solar installed, but they are currently not working. A solar tech looked at the system and said it needed a small part and could be fairly easily fixed and up and running.
